We are proud to have sent our first Austin black belt tester, Phillip Gibson, to California for his black belt test in November 2008, where he passed the test with flying colors! Phillip joins CGN Alex Parker as a first degree black belt instructor at our school.
Our comprehensive fitness program is rounded out with early morning, morning, and evening adult cardio-kickboxing classes--popular with those looking for a strenuous but safe, full-body workout.
